things folks have said:

"After taking a hiatus from yoga because of an injury and life's challenges, Elaine helped me fall back in love with it. Her positive energy and clear direction always left me recharged at the end of class. Myself and others would literally follow her around at different studios to get our weekly dose.  Her yoga practice helped me in many ways and I would recommend her to anyone interested in yoga at any level. “   -Michael Celona

"I have had the pleasure of practicing with Elaine for about five years now.   Having discovered yoga rather late in life, I am grateful for Elaine’s supportive, no-judgment attitude. She brings energy, compassion, and great music to her classes.  Her welcoming manner and sly sense of humor makes yoga less intimidating and more fun for a creaky 50-something.

Her classes begin with a thoughtful meditation/mindfulness exercise, breath work, some deep stretch and relaxation poses.  Just when you are totally relaxed and comfortable, she has you up on your feet and into a pretty strong vinyasa practice - swooping through sun salutations, warrior poses, balances.  It’s a great workout!  I always feel so much better, stronger (and taller!)  after class.

Elaine is very attentive, checking her students for proper alignment and making adjustments; if you are struggling, she offers modifications.  Her classes end with a lovely savasana and best of  all, a shoulder massage with lavender oil.  If you are looking for an enjoyable, juicy yoga session, try Elaine’s Core Prana Flow class!”   -Liz Aberg
